Accidents

Published by Peter under Comedy, Daily Life

This is funny. Thanks, Pepe, for the good one!

The National Transportation Safety Board recently divulged they had
covertly funded a multi-state project with auto makers where black box
voice recorders were installed in four-wheel drive pickup trucks and SUV’s
in an effort to understand the last 15 seconds of a fatal accident. The
Board was surprised to find the recorded last words of drivers in 48 of the 50
states were all the same: “Oh, SHIT!” Only the states of Wisconsin and
Minnesota were different, where the final words wer e: “Hold my beer, I’m
gonna try somethin.”

Peter and Ben Day #2

Published by Peter under Benjamin

Well, this Saturday was Peter and Ben day #2. We had a blast. We played. We went to my mom and dad’s house, where I was able to fix their furnace with the help fo Dino and his neighbor, John, who gave me some tips as to what to look for in their furnace. It kept starting up and then shutting down, immediately. I had to lightly sand off this little metal “finger” that acts as some sort of sensor. I was so happy it was something I could do! I just wish I could fix my burping toilet!!! DOH!

After that, we went home and ate our lunch and then just played, waiting for Michelle to come home from school. This time, Ben was actually able to take a decent nap, unlike last weekend, when the bass-fest was going on!

Saturdays are Peter and Ben days!!!!

Published by Peter under Benjamin, Daily Life

The 14th was our first play day. Michelle has class for 3 hours and Ben and I got to hang out. We first had lunch, then we went to visit Ben’s cousin, Angelina, for a few hours. Ben and I also got to see our friend, Jon, who had his first baby-feeding (from a bottle) experience. It was tender.

Jon feeding Ben!
Afterwards, Ben and I went to Costco for about an hour to return a few things and pick up a few things. It was my first time ever taking Ben out with me to run errands and visit besides dropping him off in the morning before work!

It was fun, and we both look forward to this coming Saturday!!!
